GV Woman Involved in Accident

An accident in Jackson County Wednesday afternoon sent a Grain Valley woman to the hospital. The Highway Patrol reports Tiffany Harkness, 33, was southbound on Highway 7 when she traveled off the roadway and struck a ditch. Harkness received minor injuries and was taken to Research Hospital.
