Two Hardin students charged in several alleged hazing incidents at the High School will have pre-emptory docket hearings on Tuesday, Apr. 17.  Jeffrey Ellis, 17, and Randy Estenbaum, 18, are accused of sexually assaulting a classmate in the locker room in the fall of 2011.  Ellis was charged in February with forcible sodomy.

Estenbaum has been charged with forcible sodomy, third-degree assault, and sexual misconduct.  His bond supervision was reduced from every week to every other week late last month.

Both are scheduled to appear in a Ray County courtroom at 9:30 a.m.
