Criminal Setting Scheduled for Hardin Resident

The Criminal Setting for a Hardin teen accused of sexually assaulting a classmate will be held Monday afternoon.  Jeffrey Ellis, 18, has been charged with two counts of forcible sodomy stemming from an alleged incident in the Hardin-Central locker room in 2011.  He will appear in a Ray County Courtroom at 1:30.  His Jury Trial has been scheduled for July.

Randy Estenbaum, 18, is also charged in the case.  He will go before a Ray County Jury in June.
