Latest Developments in Hardin Central Case

Only one of the two former Hardin Central students facing felony sex related charges appeared in a Ray County courtroom this morning.  Bond conditions for the teens prevent them from being in the same place at the same time.

17 year old Jeffrey Ellis went before a judge and had a court date set for June 5th at 9:30.  His bond supervision was also relaxed to once a month.  18 year old Randy Estenbaum had his next court appearance moved to April 24th at 9:30.

Both are accused of sexually related “hazing” incidents in the Hardin Central locker room.  They allegedly sexually assaulted a classmate in the school locker room last year.
