The Hardin Central Young Farmers and Farm Wives are holding their 16th annual truck and tractor pull on Saturday evening.  Click to hear KMZU’s Kristie Cross talk to chairman Dale Wollard:

“We’ll have anywhere from 100 to 150 hooks,”said Wollard,”We have been voted pull of the year 12 out of 13 years.  We had an 11 year streaking going before we lost a year and then won again last year.  We have  a pretty good facility here with two tracks.  It will be a quick night and everybody can hook twice.”

The event will get underway at 6:00 p.m. at the American Legion Park.  Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for youth with all proceeds benefiting the group’s scholarship fund and other community involvement projects.
