CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — A Chillicothe woman facing four felony counts had her preliminary hearing scheduled for February 16 continued to

Brandy Kay Utley

February 22.

According to court records, Brandy Kay Utley, 33, is charged with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, felony delivery of marijuana and felony resisting arrest.

Her hearing was originally scheduled for Thursday, February 16 at 9:00 a.m. but was continued to Wednesday, February 22 at 9:00 a.m. Utley is currently in custody at the Lafayette County Detention Center on a $15,000.00 bond.
