A Richmond woman who allegedly took her four-year-old son to Oklahoma without permission will be in a Ray County courtroom Tuesday afternoon for a preliminary hearing.

Cassi Licata, 30, was charged on April 1 with interference with custody – removed from state or concealed, according to online court records. Authorities believe Licata took Nikose Cringan in the fall of 2012 after the father, Joshua Cringan, had been awarded sole custody.  Licata was arrested by Oklahoma authorities in Muskogee on March 28; the boy was reunited with his father the next day.

Cassi Licata will go before Judge James Thompson Monday afternoon 2:30 p.m.
