Hearing for Lock Springs defendant rescheduled in manslaughter case

DAVIESS COUNTY, MO – A plea or trial setting was scheduled Wednesday in a case investigating 1st degree manslaughter charges.

The date was rescheduled to November 9 in a case against Aaron Tucker. Tucker is accused of killing Michael Estabrook, November of last year.

According to a probable cause statement, Tucker knocked Estabrook unconscious during an altercation in Lock Springs. Estabrook was later pronounced dead at Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe.
