Five counts of statutory sodomy were brought against a Corder teen in late 2011.

Tyler Peoples, 17, is scheduled to be in a Lafayette Co. courtroom Tuesday afternoon for a preliminary hearing.

Peoples was arrested and charged in December of 2011 after allegations surfaced he had deviate sexual relations with a person under the age of 14.

Peoples appeared in court back in June for a bond reduction hearing. That request was denied. He remains in custody on a $15,000 bond.

He is scheduled to be in court at 1:30 p.m.
