CARROLLTON, Mo. — A resident of Carrollton accused of sex-related crimes with a minor will be in court Thursday for a hearing.

Carrollton Police first investigated reports of a juvenile being raped after responding to Carroll County Memorial Hospital in June. The victim told law enforcement that earlier the same day Theodore Ryan Draeger, 23, had raped her. He also carried out other unwanted sexual acts on the 16-year-old female victim, a probable cause statement filed in Carroll County says.

Draeger pleaded not guilty to his alleged crimes at an August hearing. He is facing one felony count each of statutory rape and statutory sodomy in the second degree.

Draeger will go before Judge Kevin Walden in a Carrollton courtroom at 9:00 a.m. Thursday.
