Hearings in Marshall Drug Bust Today
Three Marshall residents, which include a mother and son will be in a Saline Co. courtroom Wednesday morning on multiple drug charges that stem from sales of Oxycodone near elementary schools.
Nancy Black, 55 faces three counts of distribution of a controlled substance near schools, and seven counts of possession with intent to distribute.
28-year-old Devon Black is charged with felony possession of marijuana.
Both have preliminary hearings scheduled.
Ollie Baker, 82 is charged with three counts of distribution of a controlled substance near schools; and one count of distribution or manufacture of a controlled substance
According to court records, Baker’s attorney will be moving to withdraw.
All three will appear at 9 a.m.
