Hicks Pleads Guilty

A Carrollton teen accused of stealing chainsaws and gasoline in March admitted to the charges in court Thursday.  Shane Summers, 17, pleaded guilty to one count of stealing and one count of burglary Thursday morning.  He was sentenced to five years probation.

Two other people have been charged in the case.  Jason Spease, 20, is scheduled for a hearing June 5th and William Ray Hicks, 18, will appear June 7th.
