Higginsville Officials Help with Housing

The Higginsville Board of Aldermen approved a measure Monday night allowing for temporary housing in the manufacturing home park districts.

Kolas says this will help with the flood of workers recently needing a place to stay.

The board also received a grant from MIRMA for a police dash cam and they discussed work being done by the Highway 13 Coalition.

In Economic Development, the group also heard new plans to help Main Street Higginsville purchase the Davis Theater.
