Higginsville Police Arrest Alleged Bank Robber

Higginsville Police arrested a Lexington man this weekend on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated.  Nathan Smith, 47,  also has a warrant out of Fremont County, Iowa for allegedly robbing a bank on the eleventh of June.  Smith will appear in a Lafayette County court on the 11th of July for the Missouri charges.  He is being held on bond of $15,000.
