High-Speed Chase Ends Safely

Update: A number of patrol vehicles were involved in a high-speed chase in Lafayette County on Tuesday afternoon.  A spokesperson for the Missouri State Highway Patrol said the pursuit ended without incident.   No arrest information or details regarding the chase are being released at this time.

A high-speed chase is unfolding on I-70 in Lafayette County.  According to a KMZU listener, authorities are attempting to stop a black ’89 Lincoln.  The vehicle was last seen heading west on I-70 near Concordia.  Drivers should not try to stop the vehicle.  We’ll bring you more information as it becomes available.
