Highway Patrol Trooper Promoted

Missouri State Highway Patrol Captain Lance MacLaughlin will soon be promoted to the rank of captain.  The 1988 Marshall High School graduate joined the department in 1995 and has spent much of his career in Saline County.  MacLaughlin will be designated director of the budget and Procurement Divisions at General Headquarters in Jefferson City.
