Home Invasion in Saline County

A frightening encounter for a Nelson, Missouri woman late Friday night has Saline County authorities looking for a suspect. According to the sheriff’s report a woman locked both the front and back doors of her home to take a shower. The woman also turned up her stereo to a loud volume. While in the shower the woman reports the music was turned down and she thought her husband had returned home. When she opened the shower she saw a white male standing in the doorway. That intruder than reportedly ran from the house in an unknown direction. Police are searching for a white male, possibly in his late thirties, five feet nine inches tall wearing a dark blue plaid long-sleeve shirt and blue jeans. The home invasion occurred just before 11 o’clock in the 300 block of Main Street.
