(Cambridge, MD)  —  House Republicans are taking steps toward reforming outdated immigration laws.   At the annual House GOP retreat in Maryland, House Speaker John Boehner [[ BAY-nur ]] said border security must come first.  He insisted that House Republicans favor a “common sense, piecemeal” approach.  One of the proposals being discussed at the retreat includes granting citizenship to children who were brought illegally into the U.S. by their parents.
