Huntsville Teen Bound Over

Dillon Johnson

A Huntsville teen appeared in court Tuesday.  Randolph County Judge Mason Gebhardt denied a request to reduce bond for Dillon Johnson, 18.  His bond continues to be set at $70,000.

During Tuesday’s court appearance, probable cause was established.  Johnson has been bound over to circuit court.  He is facing one count of assault on a law enforcement officer and one count of distributing or delivering up to five grams of marijuana.  Johnson’s arraignment has been scheduled for April 24th at 9:00.
