Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Slows Traffic in Independence

A KMZU listener said a tractor-trailer jackknifed Tuesday morning near the intersection of I-70 and Highway 291 in Independence.  Westbound traffic may be slow in the area.  Emergency crews are on the scene and a Hazmat team has been dispatched.
