Jail Escapee Pleads Guilty

A man accused of breaking out of the Livingston County jail this summer has pleaded guilty. Tony Dawson, 23, was sentenced to two years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. According to court documents, Dawson and Bobby Waddle, 41, escaped through a security door that was not functioning properly on July 4. The two were apprehended after a day-long manhunt. A judgement has not been rendered in the case against Waddle.
