Jamesport driver in serious condition after Grundy County crash

GRUNDY COUNTY, Mo. – Neither driver was wearing a seat belt during a rear end collision in Grundy County Thursday evening.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says the crash occurred just before 6:00 p.m. yesterday on Highway 6 on Highway 146, West of Trenton. When Caleb Berry, 20, of Jamesport, slowed to turn left, he was rear ended by Austin Frisbie, 23, of Cainsville.

Frisbie received serious injuries and was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital for treatment. Berry was taken by private vehicle to Wright Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.

The report alleges Frisbie was in felony possession of methamphetamine at the time of the crash.
