A Lexington resident charged with arson, theft, and filing a false police report has been released from custody in order to seek medical treatment.  Shawna Jobe, 38, appeared in court Wednesday morning and the judge allowed her to leave on her own recognizance for 24 hours.  She is required to report to Two Rivers Hospital for evaluation.  If Jobe is not admitted, she must then return to the Lafayette County jail.

The case was set aside until Sept. 11 at 9:00 a.m.
