Johnson County crash results in serious injuries for Kingsville driver

JOHNSON COUNTY, Mo. — A Kingsville resident was flown to an area hospital after a single-vehicle collision Tuesday morning in Johnson County.

The Highway Patrol responded to northwest 550 Road about three-tenths of a mile east of 2001 road in Johnson County at 3:05 a.m. Tuesday.

A car driven by 18-year-old Jarrett C. Noble was traveling west when it ran off the right side of the roadway and collided with a tree.

A passenger, Tony E. Allen, also of Kingsville, sustained minor injuries while Noble was seriously injured.

The Highway Patrol also filed informal charges against Noble for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash, failure to maintain a single lane as well as not wearing a seat belt.

Allen was taken to Research Hospital by ambulance while Noble was air evacuated to Research Hospital.
