Ice covered roads may have played a role in two different wrecks in Johnson County Saturday morning. The first crash sent a pair of Holden men to the hospital. The Highway Patrol reports 21 year old Isaac Rucker lost control of his vehicle on Highway 58 about a mile east of Holden. That wreck happened at 5:30 this morning. Rucker and his passenger, 26 year old Antonio Gray, were taken to Western Missouri Medical Center with minor injuries.
The second wreck took place at 7:40 this morning on Highway 50 about a mile and a half west of Highway 58. 43 year old Rhonda Cochran of Holden slid into the rear of an unoccupied vehicle on the shoulder of the road. She was also taken to Western Missouri Medical Center with minor injuries.
