A former Hardin-Central student was arraigned Wednesday on two counts of forcible sodomy.  Jeffrey Ellis, 17, maintained his innocence and once again entered a plea of “not guilty.”  The teen is accused of sexually assaulting a classmate in the school locker room last fall.  Judge David Miller excused himself from the case and has recommend to the Missouri Supreme Court that the files be handed over to Clay County Judge Larry Harman. No date was set for further proceedings.
