Judge to Review Toddler Death Case

A central Missouri mother and her boyfriend charged with fatally beating a toddler are scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.  According to court documents, Thomas Presley, 21, and Jamie Ann Litton, 25, initially blamed the child’s death on a hit-and-run accident.  Bond for both has been set at $100,000.  They will go before a judge in Morgan County at 9:00 a.m.
