Jury Trial Scheduled for Former Teacher/Coach

A trial setting was held last week in Chariton County for a former teacher and basketball coach at Northwestern High School in Mendon.  David Lawson, 35, has entered a plea of not guilty to one count of sexual contact with a student.  A jury trial for Lawson has been scheduled for March of 2013.
