Jury Trial Set for Orrick Resident

The jury trial for an Orrick resident was scheduled this week.  Jerry Nail, 25,  is accused of shooting Jeffrey Merriman, 36, of Camden, outside his mother’s home during a Superbowl party in February of 2011.  Nail’s trial, for charges of assault, armed criminal action, and discharging a firearm at another person, will be held on March 25th.  His bond is set at $50,000.
