Kirksville Man Fails to Return from Furlough

A Kirksville resident accused of engaging in a high speed chase while driving a stolen limo in December failed to appear in court last week.  Vicente Soto, 25, was released on Furlough and did not return when required to do so.  A judge issued a new warrant this week.  Soto’s bond is now set at $50,000 cash only.  Charges against him include tampering with a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and driving while intoxicated.
