The Knights of Columbus in Salisbury will host a fish fry Friday, February 20th.

Marion Bales, with the Knights of Columbus, said it should be a good turnout, “We usually have about 350 to 400 people show up.  Most of the time people fill up pretty good.”

Bales said the menu will consist of fish, baked beans, cornbread, and cole slaw.  They will also serve tea, lemonade, coffee, and water.

The Knights of Columbus donate to various groups and organizations throughout the year.  The fish fry on Friday is for the Knights.

“This is a fundraiser for us to bring our cash value back up so that we will have some money for donations for the rest of the year for the people who need it,” Bales said.

The fish fry will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Salisbury located at the intersection of Highways 24 and 5.  They will be serving from 4 to 7 p.m.  The cost is $9 for adults and $5 for children for all you can eat.  Carry-outs will be available.
