A Harlem, Kansas resident is facing drug-related charges including possession of a controlled substance inside a jail facility.  Ricky Clark, 32, was arrested by Blackburn police Wednesday afternoon on allegations of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.  While being booked into the Saline County jail, Clark allegedly tried to flush a baggie with more than ten grams of a crystal substance down the toilet.  The substance later tested positive for meth.  Clark remained behind bars Thursday.  Formal charges have not been filed.
