KS Man Pleads Guilty

A Harlem, Kansas resident pleaded guilty Monday to one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.  Ricky Clark, 32, was arrested by Blackburn police on Jan. 9, 2013 on allegations of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.  While being booked into the Saline County Jail, Clark allegedly tried to flush a baggie with more than ten grams of a crystal substance down the toilet.  The substance later tested positive for meth.  He was sentenced to ten years in the Department of Corrections.
