Bridges reviewed some of the highlight’s of this year’s program.  “We are providing education and health vendors,” said Bridges, “They will have a passport this year which is new to us, but should be a good resources for parents to take away.   We’re also doing haircuts on a first come, first served basis.”

Those children attending the August program will receive age-appropriate school supplies.  “In each backpack, we will have notebook paper, spiral and composition notebooks, crayons, markers, scissors, glue, and colored pencils,” said Bridges, “We will provide most of what they need to go back to school.  We also just received donations of kleenex and Germ-X, so we will have those, also.”

Those planning to attend must be registered by August 1st.  Please call 660-584-3131 to sign-up.
