CHILLICOTHE, Mo.- Two suspects are in custody and a large amount of drugs were seized following a narcotics search warrant on a residence in the 1400 block of Polk Street in Chillicothe.
According to release from Chief Jon Maples of the Chillicothe Police Department, on Tuesday, June 12, at approximately 4:00 p.m., members of the CPD and Livingston County Sheriff’s Office served a Livingston County warrant. Officers reportedly arrested Rodney Henderson, 47, and Mandy Stover, 34, on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a controlled substance w/intent to distribute.
The report indicates that officers seized a substantial amount of methamphetamine and marijuana along with evidence of narcotics distribution. The narcotics search warrant is part of a multi-month investigation that includes Chillicothe Police officers and detectives, the Lafayette County Drug Task Force and the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Both Henderson and Stover are in custody at the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail and formal charges are currently pending.
