Lexington residents injured in collision with livestock

LAFAYETTE COUNTY, MO – Lexington residents were hurt Sunday night in a vehicle accident involving livestock in the roadway.

Missouri state troopers were in Lafayette County on Business 13 just west of Mo 13 where a vehicle driven by Gary M. Williams, 61, of Lexington struck a number of cows standing in the roadway. Williams and a passenger, 54 year old Connie Williams of Lexington, were transported by emergency crews to Lafayette Regional Hospital with moderate injuries.
