Livingston County Warrant Issued on 120 Charges

A Livingston County arrest warrant was issued on February 1st for a man already serving time on other convictions.  Daniel Myers, 33, has been charged with 60 counts each of statutory sodomy and statutory rape that allegedly took place between January 2003 and December 2007.  Myers is incarcerated at the Farmington Correctional Center after entering a guilty plea to a 2009 statutory rape charge.

On February 01, Judge James P. Valbracht signed a Livingston County arrest warrant for Daniel J. Myers, 33, Farmington Correctional Center, for alleged 60 counts of Statutory Rape in 1st Degree and 60 counts of Statutory Sodomy in 1st Degree. All acts are alleged to have taken place in Livingston County between January 2003 and December 2007. The case is being prosecuted by Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney Adam Warren. Mr. Myers is currently incarcerated in the Farmington Correctional Center for other convictions.
