Local police make headway in burglary investigations

CHILLICOTHE, MO – Several arrests have been made by Chillicothe police during the span of an investigation into reported vehicle thefts and burglaries in October.

Chief of Police, Jon Maples, says five vehicles and one trailer reported stolen have been recovered with the help of Livingston County Sheriff, and agencies in Grundy and Carroll Counties. Three suspects have been taken into custody, so far, on charges of vehicle theft, burglary, and stealing. Another person of interest is also being sought.
