McCoy said her involvement in the organization started with donating blood and now one of her main duties will be fundraising. “One of our main duties is to go out there into the public and promote the American Red Cross, and to let people know what we’re all about, and to get funds available for all of our disaster relief programs and our first aid programs,” said McCoy.

JEFFERSON CITY October 26, 2012 — Jefferson City banker Debbie McCoy recently was named to the American Red Cross Heart of Missouri Chapter Board of Directors.
McCoy works for Jefferson Bank as a consumer loan officer-collection manager. She has been in that position for 10 years and has worked in the consumer loan industry for 31 years.
McCoy is a member of Jefferson City Rotary West, Westside Business Association, Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce, Inter-County Bankers Association, Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary and Order of the Eastern Star.
She is a musician at Shiloh United Methodist Church and St. Paul United Methodist Church. McCoy previously served on the Red Cross Board of Directors and was secretary for the Capital Area Chapter.
She is married to Harold “Mac” McCoy. She is the mother two children and has one grandchild.
The Heart of Missouri Chapter serves 21 counties in Mid Missouri including: Cole; Callaway; Osage; Moniteau; Morgan; Miller; Camden; Maries; Pulaski; Phelps; Crawford; Dent; Audrain; Montgomery; Boone; Cooper; Howard; Saline; Carroll; Randolph; and Chariton.
