Local Team Pursues State Title

A group of Carroll County girls are trying to earn a state championship this weekend in Joplin.

The 11 and 12 year old girls major league all-star team plays tonight at 6 p.m., and if they keep winning they would play Saturday at 6, then Sunday at 8 and the championship game is Monday at 6:30.
