The Macon County Flywheel and Collectible Club will host their 33rd Annual Old Time Flywheel Reunion July 25th through July 27th. The three day event is being held at the Macon County Fairgrounds in Macon, MO.  Ticket are priced at $10 and that covers your entry fee through the gate. The groups President Danny Primm says this is a family oriented event and there’s something for everyone.

The carnival starts Wednesday night at 5 p.m. Tickets for the rides will be separate from your entry fee.

There will be 40 John Deere tractors auctioned on Thursday at the 17th Annual Antique Machinery Auction.

“We are kind of a historical group. In that we have attempted the last 33 years to preserve our agricultural roots.” Said Primm. “We display a lot of things in our museums that aren’t exactly agriculture related, but they are collectible items. Everything from salt and pepper shakers, refrigerators and stoves and other furniture, clothing, you name it and it’s collected.”

There will be plenty of home cooking going on in air conditioned facilities. No alcohol permitted on the fairgrounds to ensure this remains a fun family event.
