Mamtek Executive Appears in Court

The former CEO of Mamtek U.S. Inc. was in Randolph County court Thursday morning. The former top official of the failed sweetener company faces charges of fraud and stealing

Cole’s motion for a bond reduction was denied.  He waived his preliminary hearing and has been bound over to circuit court.  Cole will be arraigned on the 23rd of January at 3 p.m.
