Man accused of methamphetamine possession after traffic stop

MONITEAU COUNTY, MO – A resident of California Missouri is free on bond after an arrest for drug possession last weekend.

According to Moniteau County Sheriff’s deputies, Andrew K. Brizendine, 36, was observed attempting to hide something before a vehicle stop. Deputies believe they confiscated methamphetamine during the search. Brizendine was taken to Moniteau County Jail for investigation. He posted a surety bond of $25,000 with the provision that he submit to testing at any time upon request by law enforcement.
