Marshall Child Abuse Case Moves Towards Trial

A Marshall man’s court case is heading for trial. According to court documents, 27-year-old Joshua Wayne Pabst was charged back in June of 2012 with felonious assault and child abuse. He appeared in a Clay County courtroom this past Friday with a motion for full disclosure. The defendant is now scheduled for a pre-trial conference June 21st with a trial date set for July 1st.  Pabst is being held on $25,000 bond.
