Marshall Council to Meet

The Marshall City Council is expected to discuss an appropriation ordinance and authorize a band contract during Monday’s meeting.  Other items on the agenda include reports from the community development, public relations, public safety, and municipal services committees.  They will meet at 5:15 p.m.
