A Marshall resident has been charged with stealing nearly $32,000 dollars worth of copper wire from Marshall Municipal Utilities where he is employed. According to court documents, Marshall Scholtzhauer, 55, allegedly stole the goods from June of 2010 to October of the current year. Bond has been set at $10,000. Court proceedings have not yet been scheduled.
