On Wednesday, the Marshall School Board voted to begin contract negotiations with Ittner Architects out of St. Louis. There are no specifics on any upcoming projects at this time or even what type of bill the district will be looking at.

“We’re still not to that point yet to be able to specifically identify what we are doing, but we definitely have Elementary buildings in our focus at this point,” said Superintendent Ryan Huff. ”Three of our Elementary buildings were built in the twenty’s. The buildings have been added on to numerous times through the decades. The buildings themselves have basically given all that they have.”
