Marshall Teen Facing Drug-Related Charge
Troopers in Carroll County arrested a Marshall teen following a traffic stop on Thursday. Bradley Lybarger, 19, is facing one felony count of possession of methamphetamine. He was placed on a 24-hour hold in the Ray County jail.
