Medical Condition Caused Accident

A Stanberry driver having medical issues Tuesday afternoon, wrecked his vehicle in Clay County. According to the Highway Patrol, James Woods, 63, was Northbound on Interstate 435 when he became unable to control his vehicle. Woods ran off the right side of the roadway and thru some brush before coming to rest in a deep ravine. Woods and his passenger, Donna Eiberger 61, received moderate injuries and were transported to Liberty Hospital.
