The snow continues to fall throughout the listening area with about an inch as of 6 a.m. Sunday in Carroll County. Bookbinder adds that caution should still be taken when driving and only do so if it’s necessary, however with temperatures hovering right at freezing road conditions could be much worse, but drivers should also be wary of blowing snow with high winds this morning and later today.
